Who are we? What is TRYP?
TRYP is Orlando’s premier shared shuttle service to and from Port Canaveral. We are the most popular and affordable shuttle transportation option. When booking this service, you’ll share a ride with other fellow cruisers to lessen the cost of the journey. Alternatively, you may also book a private shuttle.
Can I book my shuttle by phone?

What if I miss my flight or it is delayed?
You can count on TRYP. If your flight gets delayed we will do our best to accommodate you with the next available shuttle. We have shuttles leaving Orlando MCO to Port Canaveral every hour on the hour from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If you can’t make these times then give us a call and we will do our best to arrange a private transportation for an additional fee.
Do I have to tip?
Gratuity is always accepted and appreciated for a job well done. Our driver’s always offer the utmost in quality service, no matter what. Tipping is always up to your discretion.
What is self-debarkation?
Self-debarkation, also called self-assist, express-departure/debarkation, or walk-off, which requires that you carry your own luggage off of the ship. This process is quicker than standard debarkation and critical if you’re trying to catch an early flight or shuttle. The night before your departure, be sure to pay all onboard bills at guest services, complete all U.S. Customs Forms, and keep your luggage in your room so you can leave with your own bags in the morning. We encourage you to talk to your cruise line’s guest services for more information about this process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund, 48+ hours for 50% refund. Unfortunately there are no refunds within 48 hours of reservation time. Please call or e-mail to cancel.
